My how this weekend flew by, but I so enjoyed every minute of it! From the bridesmaid brunch, to having our nails done and rehearsing on Friday, to getting ready for the wedding, taking pictures and dancing at the reception Saturday, a lot of fun memories were created with some dear friends. Everything went off without a hitch, and now Seester is soaking in sunshine with her husband (ahhhhh...still cant believe she's a married woman) on the beaches of Maui (so incredibly envious of her at the moment as I layer up to embrace the chilly winter weather).
The Mr. and I finally reunited yesterday after all the wedding festivities were complete and once he was done with hunting work; I know he just "hated" missing a wedding due to going on a quail hunt and also getting to guide a few hunts himself (he's quite blessed to have a job where he truly loves what he does). We ended the weekend with a quick jaunt over to MAC's old stomping grounds, Valdosta, to meet some sweet friends that were visiting from Kentucky! We caught up over dinner and made plans to road trip up to Louisville for a visit, and I really hope we follow through with it.
